Question : Is it difficult to buy ?
Answer : No all paperwork can be completed in 1 day

Question : What nationalities are permitted to buy property in Turkey ?
Answer : Some of the countries Turkey have a reciprocal agreement for the purchase of land and properties;
England, Ireland, Germany, Holland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, USA, Spain, Italy, Canada, Luxembourg, Australia, France, Greece, Portugal, Poland, Croatia, Israel, Finland, Estonia, Hungary, and some African and South American states.

Question : Do you have to have a solicitor?
Answer : We can do all the legal work for you.

Question : Do we need to pay a deposit ?
Answer : A deposit is normally required and the balance to be paid within ten days of your return to the UK.

Question : How long will it take ?
Answer : Normally you will receive your Tapu (deeds) within 2 months of the full payment, but the property is classed as yours as soon as full amount of Money has been received.

Question : Can I make property work for me ?
Answer : Yes we have an in-house letting service.

Question : Is selling your property difficult ?
Answer : No selling your property is very easy.

Question : Are there any hidden costs ?
Answer : There are no hidden extras; the price of the property is inclusive of paperwork and commission.

Question : Who can we contact in the event of an emergency ?
Answer : Contact us and we will immediately sort out any emergencies for you.

Question : Who will look after my property when I am in England?
Answer : We can arrange a property management service for you.

Question : Can I bring my furniture from England ?
Answer : Yes there are many good shipping agencies, but you will find that it will be a lot cheaper to buy good furniture here.

Question : I am looking to sell/let my property, and would like to advertise it directly on Sidestateagent.com – how do I do this?
Answer : All you need to do is phone one of our friendly staff, and then send your property details via email and we will do the rest for you.
