Trip is an ideal way to ensure you find the right apartment in the right
area at the right price. You are given the opportunity to view a wide

We understand that buying a property in Turkey is a very big decision
and one that takes time and effort. We are here to help you through
every step of the way. Our Office is open to you and we welcome any
questions you have regarding property in Turkey. During your Inspection
Trip we will show you properties but also give you information of what
Side has to offer you once you have settled in your new home in Turkey.
Here is what to expect with a Fly and Buy Trip with Side Estate Agent;
STEP 1
Book your ticket to Antalya Airport and notify us of your date and time
of arrival and the number of passengers. When you arrive we will be
waiting to transfer you free of charge to one of our luxurious apartments
in Side Turkey.
STEP 2 Relax and unwind in the apartment and when it is convenient for you
we will take you to meet our staff in Side to discuss further the type
of dream property in Turkey that you are looking for.
STEP 3 We will then take you on our inspection trip of all the properties you
wish to see and for you also to get a feel for the local areas with
a guided tour of Side, Belek, Manavgat, Antalya and Alanya.
STEP 4
Once you have decided on the property in Turkey we will complete and
sign the contract and all the relevant legal paperwork (on a working
day) at no extra cost. We will give you a receipt for your deposit and
give you your set of keys for your house in Side Turkey.
STEP 5 We have a furniture shop in Manavgat so we can help you to furnish your
Turkish apartment, set up bank accounts and utility bills, goverment
tax number and any other requirements needed to purchase your apartment
in Turkey..
STEP 6 When it is time to go home we will take you to Antalya airport. Rest
assured and let Side Estate Agent take care of your property in Side.
We will keep you informed of your purchase and will always be on hand
to answer any of your queries.
STEP 7 If after the Inspection Trip is over and you
feel that now is not right time or that you have not found the right
property, please do not feel pressurised into buying when you may later
regret your decision. We at Side Estate Agent want our customers to
be happy with their decision and we pride ourselves on our hassle free
service, but due to our rising overheads we are obliged to charge a
nominal fee of £99 per person to include all of our services for your
Inspection Trip. Whether you buy in Turkey or not, everybody is always
